I'm not getting the nightly reminder

Open Settings in Merrimove and check that the nightly reminder is on. If it says notifications are off, tap the link to open iOS Settings and allow notifications for Merrimove. Reminders only run between your arrival night and December 24, and they skip nights you have already marked done.

How do I keep my kids out of the app?

Turn on "Lock with Face ID" in Merrimove's Settings. You can also switch to the plain notebook icon. Notifications never mention what they are for.

How do I restore my Season Pass?

Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it. The Season Pass is a one-time purchase and works on every iPhone signed in to that account.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Printing a letter

In the app, open Letters, add names and tap "Print or share PDF". On this website, open the arrival letter or goodbye letter and press Print.
